End User License Agreement Diablo 3

Blizzard Television Service: If you receive a World of Warcraft or StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty Game license with your account or order online services related to World of Warcraft or StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, as part of online rates, access to online games and access to a TV service (ESL Turtle TV) that is an IP TV service with other content, Blizzard and other content. Disposals: Attempting to sell, sublicensing, renting, leasing, transferring to another party a copy of the platform or its component or your rights to the platform in any way that was not expressly authorized. In some cases, the “full version” of the games can only be played after you have purchased and added a gaming license to your account. Blizzard reserves the right to reduce, liquidate, disable, suspend or terminate your Blizzard credits or other platform features if Blizzard finds, at its sole discretion, as a result of an investigation, that you have violated this Agreement, including the license restrictions in Section 1.C. Thank you for your interest in Blizzard`s online gaming services and interactive games, as well as for the interactive games of other developers (“licensees”) that make their games available via the Blizzard platform. (Blizzard games and licensees are collectively called “games” in this article.) The agreement sets out the conditions under which you are allowed to install and use the platform. As we use it here, the term “platform” refers collectively and sometimes individually to (1) Blizzard software Battle.net application, (2) Blizzard Battle.net gaming services, (3) of each game, (4) authorized mobile applications relating to games and service Battle.net Blizzard, and (5) all functions and components of them, whether installed or used on a computer or mobile device. IF YOU BOUGHT A GAME AT RETAIL, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO GO BACK ON THE GAME, SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POLICY. Content created or downloaded by the user.
